Genius Merchant Sync Google API Data Use

Merchant Sync uses the Google Merchant API https://www.googleapis.com/auth/content scope only to validate the selected Merchant Center account, create or update product inputs, process an explicit removal request, and read sanitized product or account issue status for the signed-in store administrator.

Accessed data is limited to account and data-source identifiers, the product fields required for synchronization, and issue/status information. It is not sold, used for unrelated advertising, generalized profiling or AI/ML model training, and is not shared except for Google API operations requested by the administrator, confidential providers needed to operate the integration, or disclosures required by law.

OAuth tokens and connection credentials are encrypted at rest, sent over HTTPS/TLS, access-controlled, and excluded from logs and diagnostics. Disconnecting stops future access and removes stored authorization data according to the deletion workflow.
